Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Rim the glass with matcha tea and salt for an added layer of flavor.

Shake the Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal, pimento dram or allspice liqueur, coconut water, Giffard Caribbean Pineapple liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, agave syrup, and saline solution with ice until well chilled.
