Sloe & Unsteady

Use honey syrup made with 3 parts honey to 1 part water by weight for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe glass.

Prepare a garnish by slicing a lime wheel.

Combine Hayman's Sloe Gin liqueur, Fernet Branca liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, honey syrup, and a dash of Angostura Aromatic Bitters in a shaker filled with ice.

Shake vigorously until well chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail coupe.

Garnish by placing the lime slice on the rim of the glass.
