Blue Lassi

Start with these components prepared in advance: Ketel One Vodka (infused with vanilla).

Chill a cocktail coupe in advance to ensure it's perfectly cold for serving.

Prepare your garnish by twisting an orange peel to release its oils, then discard the peel. Set aside a fresh mint leaf for later use.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Ketel One Vodka infused with vanilla, Bols Yoghurt Liqueur, Bols Blue Curaçao, and a few dashes of Fee Brothers Rose Water.

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with the fresh mint leaf for a vibrant finish.
