Combine the lime juice, grapefruit juice, half-and-half, Curaçao, orgeat, honey syrup, and Puerto Rican light rum in a blender.

Add the crushed ice to the blender.

Blend the mixture until smooth.

Pour the blended cocktail into a Cup.

Garnish with a gardenia and a pearl.
