Chill a cocktail coupe glass in advance to ensure it is well-prepared for serving.

Combine the Hayman's London Dry Gin, Strucchi Dry Vermouth, Strucchi Rosso Vermouth, grenadine or pomegranate syrup, and a dash of orange bitters in a mixing glass with ice.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled cocktail coupe.

Express the orange zest twist over the cocktail to release its aromatic oils, then discard the twist.
