Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish of skewered orange cube and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.

Stir the Añejo tequila, chili liqueur, agave syrup, and Angostura aromatic bitters with ice.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled Old Fashioned glass, ideally over a large cube or chunk of block ice.

Garnish with the skewered orange cube and Maraschino cherry.
