Captain's Daughter

Chill a cocktail coupe in the freezer. Add a few drops of citron liqueur to the frozen coupe glass, coating the rim thoroughly. Dip the rim into chocolate sugar, ensuring an even coating, and return the glass to the freezer to maintain its chill.

In a shaker, combine the Islay Scotch, remaining citron liqueur, ancho chile liqueur, coffee liqueur, half-and-half, and Aztec chocolate bitters. Add ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the prepared frozen coupe glass. Serve immediately and enjoy the harmonious blend of flavors.
