How to make Cherry Martini with Gin, Cherry Liqueur, Dry Vermouth. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Chill a martini glass in advance to ensure your cocktail is served at the perfect temperature.
Prepare a garnish of Luxardo Maraschino Cherry or a twist of lemon zest, or both if desired.
In a mixing glass, combine Hayman's London Dry Gin, cherry brandy liqueur, Strucchi Dry Vermouth, and a couple of dashes of Orange Bitters by Angostura.
Stir the mixture gently with ice until well-chilled.
Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled martini glass.
Garnish with the maraschino cherry and/or lemon zest twist.
