Combine the brandy, Jamaican rum, madeira, simple syrup, heavy cream, and a whole egg in a shaker.

Dry shake the mixture to emulsify the egg with the other ingredients.

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Double strain the mixture into a goblet glass to achieve a smooth texture.
