Great Pumpkin

Combine the listed pumpkin ale, apple brandy, rye and maple syrup in a shaker and gently swirl for 30 seconds to decarbonate the beer. Add the whole egg and dry shake for 45–60 seconds. Add ice, shake for 15–20 seconds, double strain into a Collins glass and finish with freshly grated nutmeg.
