Combine the rye, mezcal, and aquavit in a mixing glass.

Add the demerara syrup and maraschino liqueur.

Incorporate a dash of Angostura bitters and a dash of Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.

Prepare an Old Fashioned glass by rinsing it heavily with absinthe.
