Bitter Feather

Chill a Martini glass in advance to ensure optimal serving temperature.

Combine the Metaxa, Averna, and dry vermouth in a mixing glass.

Add a few dashes of Angostura bitters to the mixture.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the chilled Martini glass.

Garnish with a slice of orange for a citrusy finish.
