Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Stir the cognac, Strucchi Red Bitter, and Strucchi Rosso Vermouth with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled glass over a large cube or chunk of ice.

Serve without garnish, allowing the cocktail's flavors to stand on their own.
