Express the oils from a grapefruit rind into a frozen cocktail coupe, then gently wipe the rim with the rind. Place the rind into the glass and return it to the freezer.
In a shaker, combine the gin, Amaro Nonino, Campari, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and a couple of dashes of orange bitters. Shake vigorously with ice.
Strain the mixture into the prepared frozen coupe glass.
