Instructions

Fill an Old Fashioned glass with crushed ice.

Pour the Bonal Gentiane Quina, rye, freshly squeezed lemon juice, triple sec, cane syrup, and bitters over the ice.

Stir gently to combine the ingredients, allowing them to chill.

Top the glass with additional crushed ice to fill.

Garnish with a twist of orange peel and a twist of lemon peel.
