Formidable You

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare garnishes by twisting lemon and orange zests.

Shake the blended Scotch whisky, Amaro Formidabile, freshly squeezed lemon juice, rich sugar syrup, egg white or cocktail foamer, and saline solution or salt with ice. Strain the mixture back into the shaker.

Dry shake the cocktail mixture, without ice, to emulsify the ingredients.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.

Express the lemon and orange zest twists over the cocktail to release their oils, then use them as a garnish.
