Start with these components prepared in advance: Bourbon (Coffee infused).

Stir the coffee-infused bourbon, Suze, Amaro Montenegro, and Regans' orange bitters with ice.

Strain the mixture into an Double Old Fashioned Glass containing a large block of clear ice.

Alternatively, serve the cocktail "up" without ice in the glass if preferred.
