Instructions

Use 2:1 demerara sugar syrup for its listed portion.

Dry shake all ingredients except for the ginger beer and orange peel to emulsify the mixture.

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously again to chill the mixture.

Strain the mixture into a highball glass already containing ginger beer.
