Chill a cocktail coupe by filling it with ice water and set aside.

In a mixing glass, combine the Lustau Brandy de Jerez Solera Reserva, Salers Gentiane, and Bigallet China-China.

Add ice to the mixing glass and stir until well chilled.

Empty the ice water from the cocktail coupe and fine strain the mixture into the glass.

Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink, then use it as a garnish.
