Pizzicato Passage

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish of an orange zest twist and skewered candied ginger.

Stir the Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry, Amaro, Hayman's London Dry Gin, chili liqueur, and Bob's Chocolate bitters with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the glass filled with ice, preferably using a large cube or chunk of block ice.

Garnish with the skewered crystallized ginger and the orange zest twist.
