Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
Prepare a garnish of coffee beans and skewered raisins for later use.
Shake the Havana Club Añejo 7 Años Cuban Rum, Lustau San Emilio Pedro Ximénez Sherry, Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur, and freshly made espresso coffee with ice until well chilled.
Fine strain the mixture into the prepared Martini glass.
Garnish with three coffee beans floated on the surface and skewered raisins.
