East Indian Swizzle

Build the listed cognac, pineapple juice, orange liqueur and 2 dashes orange bitters in a Collins glass. Slowly add crushed ice and swizzle until the glass frosts. Fill with more crushed ice, finish with aromatic bitters and a cinnamon stick, and optionally add an edible orchid.
