Watermelon Vodka

Cut the top off the watermelon to create an opening.

Scoop out the watermelon flesh using a spoon and blend it into a smooth puree.

Strain the watermelon puree through a sieve to collect the juice.

Use an apple corer to pierce the watermelon and install a tap for dispensing.

If needed, secure the watermelon with cellophane to ensure it remains sealed.

Combine vodka, brown sugar, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and the strained watermelon juice inside the hollowed watermelon, mixing well.

Serve by adding a few mint leaves and ice cubes for garnish.
