Haiti Cocktail

Select and pre-chill a Cocktail Coupe for serving.

Prepare a twist of lemon or orange zest for garnish.

Combine Ferro China Baliva, Strucchi Dry Vermouth, sweet vermouth, Strucchi Red Bitter, Navy rum, and a few drops of Angostura Aromatic Bitters in a shaker filled with ice.

Shake the mixture vigorously until well-chilled.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled coupe.

Garnish with the prepared zest twist.
