Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare an orange zest twist for garnish.

Shake the gin, chilled vermouth, freshly squeezed orange juice, grenadine or pomegranate syrup, egg white or alternative, and saline solution or pinch of salt with ice. Strain the mixture back into the shaker.

Dry shake the ingredients without ice to emulsify.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Express the orange zest twist over the cocktail and use it as a garnish.
