Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.
Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.
Prepare cocoa powder and crumbled milk chocolate for garnish.
Muddle the green cardamom pods in the base of a shaker.
Add the vanilla-flavored vodka, Giffard White Crème de Cacao Liqueur, rich sugar syrup, and your choice of egg white, Vegg White, or Fee Brothers Fee Foam.
Shake with ice, then strain the mixture back into the shaker.
Dry shake without ice to emulsify the ingredients.
Fine strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe.
