How to make Mint Tea Julep with Mint-Tea-Infused Rye Whiskey, Demerara Syrup, Rhubarb Amaro. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Prepare the mint-tea rye beforehand: steep 1 tablespoon of the specified mint tea in one bottle of rye whiskey for 1 minute, then strain.
Place two sprigs of mint in a julep cup.
Add the rye infused with mint tea, demerara syrup, and Zucca to the cup. Muddle gently with the mint and let it sit for a minute.
Fill the cup with crushed ice and swizzle until the outside of the julep cup is frosty.
Garnish with two additional sprigs of mint.
