Basil Smash Pina Colada

Muddle the quartered lime and basil or mint leaves in a cocktail shaker or glass jar to release their juices.

Add the white rum and dark rum, fill the shaker with ice, and shake vigorously until well combined. Strain the mixture into a blender.

Incorporate the pineapple chunks and canned coconut cream into the blender, blending until the mixture is smooth.

Add ice to the blender and continue blending until the mixture reaches a frozen consistency.

Pour the cocktail into a Hurricane glass and enjoy.
