In-Seine

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish by skewering white grapes.

Combine cognac, bourbon whiskey, elderflower liqueur, and La Fée Parisienne absinthe in a mixing glass with ice.

Stir the mixture thoroughly to chill and blend the flavors.

Strain into the pre-chilled Old Fashioned glass filled with ice, ideally over a large cube or chunk of block ice.

Garnish with the skewered grapes before serving.
