Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Moisten the rim of the glass with lime juice, then dip it into a mixture of sugar and cinnamon powder to coat.

Add the dark rum, Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and rich sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.

Fine strain the mixture into the prepared, chilled coupe glass.
