Killer on Ice

Combine the rhum agricole and bianco vermouth in a mixing glass filled with ice.

Add the agave syrup along with the celery and Angostura bitters.

Stir the mixture until well-chilled and properly diluted.

Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe.

Garnish with a twist of lime peel, allowing the oils to express over the glass before placing it as decoration.
