Use these specified component styles: Peated single malt whisky.

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish by twisting a coin-sized piece of lemon zest.

Stir the new make spirit, Strucchi Rosso Vermouth, Difford's Falernum liqueur, Strucchi Red Bitter, and peated single malt whisky with ice until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish with the prepared lemon zest twist.
