Instructions

Chill a cocktail coupe glass in advance to ensure it's ready for serving.

Prepare a garnish of Verdita to be served on the side for an added touch.

Combine the reposado tequila, Passoã passion fruit liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, Monin vanilla syrup, passion fruit purée, and egg white (or Fee Brothers Fee Foam) in a shaker.

Add ice and shake the mixture vigorously to achieve a well-blended and frothy cocktail.

Strain the shaken mixture into the pre-chilled cocktail coupe glass and serve immediately.
