Manhattan (Dry)

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish by twisting a strip of lemon zest.

Stir the straight rye whiskey, bourbon whiskey, Strucchi dry vermouth, and optionally, Bob's Abbotts bitters, with ice until well-chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.

Express the lemon zest twist over the surface of the cocktail and place it as a garnish.
