Prepare the black tea syrup by stirring equal parts caster sugar and strong cold-brewed black tea until dissolved. Use the listed 0.5 oz portion.

Stir the blended Scotch, black tea syrup, Becherovka, and chocolate bitters in a mixing glass with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into an old fashioned glass over a large ice cube.

Garnish with a twist of lemon peel, gently expressing the oils over the drink before adding it to the glass.
