Cowgirl's Downfall

Muddle the peach slices in a shaker to release their juices and aromas.

Add the bourbon, freshly squeezed lemon juice, apricot liqueur, and ginger-honey syrup to the shaker.

Briefly shake the mixture to combine the flavors.

Pour the shaken mixture over crushed ice in a julep cup.

Garnish with a slapped mint sprig and a slice of peach.

Serve with a couple of straws for sipping enjoyment.
