Chill a cocktail coupe to prepare it for serving.

Create a garnish by replacing the leaves of a strawberry with a mint sprig tip.

Muddle the hulled strawberries at the base of a shaker.

Add Hayman's London Dry Gin, Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, and freshly squeezed lemon juice to the shaker.

Shake vigorously with ice to combine the flavors and chill the mixture.

Fine strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe glass.
