Halloween Sour

Chill a martini glass in preparation for serving.

Prepare a lemon zest twist for garnish.

Shake the London Dry Gin, Akvavit, Liquore Strega, freshly squeezed lemon juice, rich sugar syrup, egg white or its alternative, and saline solution with ice until well mixed.

Strain the mixture back into the shaker, then fine strain it into the chilled glass.

Express the lemon zest twist over the cocktail to release its oils, then use it as a garnish.
