Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Rim the glass with Tajín seasoning by moistening the outside edge with a separate unquantified portion of lime juice, then dip it into Tajín.

Shake the mezcal, sherry, triple sec, lime juice, agave syrup with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-prepared glass filled with ice.

No additional garnish is needed, as the Tajín rim serves as the garnish.
