Hot Buttered Amaro

Use prepared spiced butter made with the source proportions of 2/3 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup butter, with cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger; the source does not give the spice quantities. Measure the listed 8 cc spiced butter.

Heat the listed 3 oz cider. Combine the listed amaro and apple brandy in an Irish coffee glass, add the hot cider and measured spiced butter and stir to mix.

Garnish with the listed orange peel studded with cloves.
