Instructions

Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Prepare a garnish consisting of a strawberry and a bouquet of mint sprigs.

Pour the Lustau Oloroso Don Nuño Sherry, triple sec liqueur, freshly squeezed orange juice, pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, grenadine or pomegranate syrup, and Angostura Aromatic Bitters into the chilled glass filled two-thirds with crushed ice.

Swizzle the mixture vigorously until the exterior of the glass becomes frosted.

Fill the glass with additional crushed ice to the brim.

Garnish with a strawberry on the rim and a bouquet of mint sprigs for a visually appealing finish.
