Combine Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa Sherry, Cynar or another carciofo amaro, Akvavit, and Fee Brothers Peach Bitters in a mixing glass with ice.

Stir the mixture thoroughly until well-chilled.

Strain the cocktail into the prepared Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.

Express the lemon zest twist over the cocktail to release its oils and then use it as a garnish.
