Rinse a chilled cocktail glass with the listed 0.5 oz tawny port, then pour all of that port into a mixing glass.

Add the listed amaro, bourbon and 1 dash aromatic bitters, then stir with ice until chilled.

Strain into the prepared glass. Flame the listed orange peel over the drink and use it as the garnish.
