Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a Cocktail Coupe.

Prepare a garnish of lemon zest twist by expressing its oils over the glass, then discard the twist and add a lime wedge to the rim.

Shake all the ingredients together with ice and then strain them back into the shaker.

Perform a dry shake by shaking the mixture again, this time without ice.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled glass.
