Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish by skewering three green grapes.

Muddle the green grapes in the base of a shaker.

Add the blanco tequila, cloudy apple juice or cider, freshly squeezed lime juice, and rich sugar syrup to the shaker.

Shake the mixture vigorously with ice.

Fine strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with the skewered grapes.
