Start with these components prepared in advance: Bourbon (Vanilla-infused).
Chill a cocktail coupe by filling it with ice and water.
In a mixing glass, combine the homemade ginger liqueur, overproof bourbon, Aperol, orange bitters, bitters, and vanilla-infused bourbon.
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
Discard the ice and water from the cocktail coupe.
Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
Serve immediately.
