Prepare a garnish of toasted coconut strips.

Blend the Cuban rum, banana liqueur, white crème de cacao, cream of coconut, whipping cream, and whole milk with crushed ice until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the chilled highball glass and serve with straws.

Garnish with the toasted coconut strips.
