Paloma Rosa

Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Rim the glass with Himalayan pink salt by moistening the outside edge with grapefruit juice and dipping it into the salt.

Shake the blanco tequila, rose petal liqueur, Giffard Pamplemousse liqueur, Génépi liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, and pink grapefruit juice with ice.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled highball glass while simultaneously pouring in the Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit soda.

Serve without a garnish.
