Onyx

Combine the Virgin Islands Rum and Amer Picon in a mixing glass.

Add the balsamic vinegar and cherry syrup to the mixture.

Stir the ingredients together until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned Glass.

For an optional touch, serve over one large ice rock.
