How to make Wandering Jack with Apple Brandy, Bitter Aperitif, Sweet Vermouth. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Chill your Old Fashioned Glass by filling it with ice and setting it aside.
In a mixing glass, combine the Applejack, Campari, and sweet vermouth.
Add 2 dashes of Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters to the mixture.
Fill the mixing glass with ice, and stir gently until well chilled.
Empty the ice from your Old Fashioned Glass, and strain the cocktail into the glass over fresh ice.
